Payment & Shipping Policy
We accept Bank transfer (to Germany and Ukrainian bank accounts), Paypal or Moneybookers payment. Your purchase is shipped directly to you as soon as we have received your cleared payment. Normally all parcels would be shipped within 3 business days (Monday to Saturday)
Credit Cards:
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal or Moneybookers. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
Shipping Costs:
Actual shipping costs are calculated during checkout. For an estimate before checkout, please add the items you intend to order to your cart. This will provide a list of estimates for the shipping methods available to your selected destination.Shipping cost depend only from weight of goods.
Below shipping cost for various weights of order:
- 0..99g - 5.5$
- 100..249g - 8.5$
- 250..499g - 10$
- 500..1000g - 16$
Shipping Options:
We are ship to Worldwide Registered Airmail: usually 10-14 days, but can take 21 days or more to countries such as Italy, South America and Africa. Delivery is made by the destination country's postal service. If you are in United States, Canada, Russia, Brazil and some countries of Europe, you could also track the package status on the website of the post office of your country's own after the package arrives at your country. Minimum Order
No minimum order on products normally stocked in our warehouse.
Returns policy
- All returns must be authorized by us. Email contact at bravekit dot com for authorization before shipping back any merchandise. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in your email request.
- Returns for any unaffected product will incur a 12% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Warranty Information
All merchandise returns for a refund or credit must be within 14 days in new, resalable condition. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
